Description du contenu de l'enseignement
The course aims at presenting Incoterms and how to use them rigorously. International Commercial Terms are a set of international rules for the interpretation of the most commonly used trade terms in foreign trade. They are "Terms of Sale" which define the obligations, risks, and costs of the seller and buyer for delivery of goods.

At the end of the seminar, students know :
- What are INCOTERMs
- How are they used for the export sales
- How are they used for import purchases
- What are the terms and conditions of each INCOTERM
- How do I select the correct term for a specific transaction
- What are the benefits of one term over another
- What are the risks of one term over another
