A DESTINATION DES ETUDIANT.E.S : INFORMATION IMPORTANTE SUR LES STAGES
Ce point est fait dans l'état actuel (18/03) des informations données par l'Université et les autorités nationales. Il sera actualisé dès que des informations complémentaires seront disponibles.
Selon les termes du Vice-Président de l'Université :
Quel que soit le niveau d'études (DUT, DEUST, licence, licence pro, diplômes d'ingénieur, master, DU?), tous les stages sont suspendus ; cette décision est valable que le stage soit en cours, en attente de début après signature de la convention ou en cours de discussion et de signature.
Suspension n'est pas annulation : si les mesures de restriction de la circulation prennent fin à un moment encore compatible avec le calendrier universitaire, les stages pourront reprendre.
Seules exceptions :
- les étudiant.e.s dont le stage est déja en cours à l'étranger : le stage peut s'effectuer selon les conditions du pays et de l'entreprise d'accueil.
- les étudiant.e.s qui sont déjà à l'étranger et qui n'ont pas encore commencé leur stage, avec convention signée : le stage peut s'effectuer selon les conditions du pays et de l'entreprise d'accueil.
- les étudiant.e.s de nationalité étrangère qui souhaitent rentrer chez eux pour réaliser leur stage, avec convention signée : le stage peut s'effectuer selon les conditions de mobilité internationale définies par la France et le pays d'accueil concerné et selon les conditions du pays et de l'entreprise d'accueil.
- les étudiant.e.s se trouvant dans l'une des deux précédentes situations mais dont la convention n'est pas signée : le stage pourra a priori s'effectuer, sous réserve des conditions mentionnées, mais les modalités pratiques de la procédure dématérialisée d'élaboration, de validation et de signature de la convention sont en cours de définition. Il est rappelé qu'aucun stage ne peut commencer si la convention n'a pas été signée.
- les stages qui s'effectuent intégralement en télétravail :
* si le stage a déja commencé, ou s'il n'a pas commencé mais que la convention est signée par toutes les parties ; le stage peut s'effectuer
* si le stage n'a pas commencé et que la convention n'a pas été signée par toutes les parties: le stage pourra s'effectuer, mais les modalités pratiques de la procédure dématérialisée d'élaboration, de validation et de signature de la convention sont en cours de définition. Il est rappelé qu'aucun stage ne peut commencer si le convention n'a pas été signée.
- les stages dans les domaines de la santé et plus largement du social en lien avec la santé (Ehpad par exemple), puisque là les stagiaires pourront justement aider à prendre soin des plus fragiles.
Dans le cas de télétravail, les étudiants concernés devront demander cependant l'approbation par leur responsable pédagogique et leur tuteur en entreprise ; un échange de mails entre le tuteur de stage, le responsable pédagogique et l'étudiant précisant les nouvelles conditions de mise en ?uvre sera suffisant.
Dans tous les cas de stage effectué à l'etranger, nous vous recommandons de prêter attention aux conditions de santé dans ce pays ainsi qu'aux conditions de remboursement des frais médicaux. Si les conditions l'exigent, un retour en France ne sera pas considéré par la faculté comme une rupture unilatérale de contrat vous pénalisant pour votre diplôme, la situation sera évaluée au cas par cas. Si vous êtes dans cette situation, vous devez impérativement contacter le responsable de votre programme.
Dans tous les cas, sachez que compte tenu de la situation exceptionnelle, la validation de votre année universitaire pourra se faire sans la réalisation de stage ou avec un stage de durée inférieure à celle en principe prévue dans les MECC, le cas échéant avec l'organisation d'une épreuve alternative de type mémoire.
Enfin bien entendu, soyez attentif.ves aux messages du gouvernement français ou des gouvernements de vos pays de nationalité, dont les recommandations et directives s'imposent à tou.te.s et le cas échéant prévalent sur celles de l'Université.

FOR STUDENTS : IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING INTERNSHIPS
This point is made in the current state (18/03) of the information given by the University and the public national authorities. It will be updated as soon as additional information becomes available.
According to the University Vice-President :
Whatever the level of studies (DUT, DEUST, licence, licence pro, engineering degrees, master, DU...), all internships are suspended; this decision is valid whether the internship is in progress, waiting to start after signature of the agreement or is under discussion and signature.
Suspension is not cancellation: if the measures restricting movement come to an end at a time that is still compatible with the university calendar, the internship may be resumed.
The only exceptions are :
- students whose internship is already in progress abroad: the internship can be carried out according to the conditions of the host country and company.
- students who are already abroad and who have not yet started their internship, with a signed agreement: the internship can be carried out according to the conditions of the host country and company.
- students of foreign nationality who wish to return home to complete their internship, with a signed agreement: the internship can be carried out according to the conditions of international mobility defined by France and the host country concerned and according to the conditions of the host country and the host company.
- students in one of the two previous situations but whose agreement has not been signed: the internship may a priori be carried out, subject to the conditions mentioned, but the practical details of the digitized procedure for drawing up, validating and signing the agreement are currently being defined. It is reminded that no internship can start if the agreement has not been signed.
- internship which are entirely carried out in teleworking :
* if the internship has already started, or if it has not started but the agreement has been signed by all parties; the traineeship can be carried out
* if the traineeship has not started and the agreement has not been signed by all parties: the internship may take place, but the practical arrangements for the digitzed procedure for drawing up, validating and signing the agreement are being defined. It is recalled that no internship can start if the agreement has not been signed.
- Internships in the fields of health and more broadly in the social field related to health (Ehpad for example), since there the interns will be able to help take care of the most fragile.
In the case of teleworking, however, the students concerned will have to request approval from their university tutor and their company tutor; an exchange of e-mails between the university tutor, the company tutor and the student specifying the new teleworking conditions will be sufficient.
In all cases of internship abroad, we recommend that you pay attention to the health conditions in this country as well as to the conditions for reimbursement of medical expenses. If the conditions require it, a return to France will not be considered by the Faculty as a unilateral breach of contract penalizing you for your diplomation, the situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you are in this situation, you must absolutely contact the responsible of your program.
In any case, please note that, given the exceptional situation, the validation of your academic year may be carried out without an internship or with an internship of shorter duration than that normally provided for in the rules of examination, if necessary with the organization of an alternative test such as a dissertation.
Finally, pay of course attention to the messages of the French government or the governments of your countries of nationality, whose recommendations and directives are binding on all and, if necessary, take precedence over those of the University.
